I noticed virtualmin/webmin does not show multiple php version options after uninstalling other lower versions. I tried re-installing php7.4 -- it shows that it has been successfully installed but doesn´t show anywhere in virtualmin/webmin. How can this be resolved please?

This means that all the required modules have not been installed -- depending on the php versions you have installed but not showing -- you need to ensure this module is installed libapache2-mod-php7.4
Then go to Webmin and click on Servers >> Apache Webserver, then click global configuration on the main screen and then you will see different thumbnails - click on configure Apache modules -- here should be able to see and enable the php versions you have installed -- the php versions will not show if libapache2-modof the php version is not installed
There are more information about php modules and how to easily installed them that I will be sharing via video tutorial and I will attach the link to this comment later
